can assure you apple is not worse quality than anybody else oh you can, can you? is that based on your typical deep guesswork? because Consumer Reports did a survey with over 75,000 respondents that shows Apple laptops have worse reliability than Lenovo. they are all pretty bad and thats why Apple's customer satisfaction ratings are high no, Apple's customer satisfaction is high because of two things: 1) their OS is better 2) they have less-bad customer service, so they actually fix the problem (sometimes). also, they use Americans instead of Indians for tech support, so users feel they are getting the red carpet treatment.
