I agree with the non reporting pink sheet policy because 99.99% of them are pure fraud and are really a big waste of people's time to analyze. I currently only own one of them at the moment and have never bothered to mention it here to abide by the policy. I am am sure the astute mining crowd by default already knows which company it is anyway and has a position in it as does Sprott.

But you have to admit it does file reports, and they are current. In the filing you see that they state that they are looking for companies that need capital and want to go public. Now the 8k is out, and it's even better because it will be a spin-off.

Look, I'm not trying to get you guys all bunged up. I just sometimes find reporting pinks that could be in the small percentage that are not a scam. I spoke to the CFO on this one already, and I think its is for real. Just check the o/s. No reverse splits ever, and the o/s has been the same since about 2002.
