ggersh, agreed. I was for the idea of supply side thinking in the 80's. The pendulum has swung way too far to the detriment of the middle class. Instead of handouts for the poor, we have handout for the ultra rich and large corporations. I do not want to bring them down. But we have to be resolved that the American Dream is about owning two cars, having a nice home, having access to affordable medical car, and being able to put your kids through college.
Warren Buffet said he did not need a tax cut. I have spoke to others making millions who agree with him. One said the country has been good to him and that he has no issue giving a more back.
