Are you kidding? Who in their right mind buys a house that requires a $5000 a month payment and doesn't have the common sense to read their contract, put a little a side for emergencies and make sure they have enough savings to handle hard times that only last a few months.

These people got liar loans, knew damn well they were over stretched but wanted to keep up with the Jones'. The old saying of a fool and their money is now showing how true it is. I say take all their homes and let them live in boxes. I am sick and tired of seeing idiots going into too much debt, buying internet stocks with no earnings and all around acting like fools and then when things go wrong, expecting those of us with fiscal sense to bail them out. To heck with them. Maybe next time they will act responsible.

Their CEO has certainly done well for himself - selling out his stock with 2 revisions in his "planned sale of stock" since 2006.
