It isn't a portrayal. It is what he said. And then tried to nuance. "Jon Soltz has every right to be offended, but the "offense" started to get suspicious when he unequivocally claimed to be the voice of the vast majority of Iraq veterans." Where did he do that in the article? Or do you mean the website? Well, he does link to a number of polls which indicate he does. Even by that notorious left wing rag the "Military Times". When even the soldiers in the field are opposing the war, you know things are unraveling. Do you realize that members of the military are donating far more money to candidates who oppose the war than those who support it? "I'll probably get a few angry responses from the leftists here claiming that Jon Soltz is a real Iraq veteran and I'm not, so I should just shut up." Can't speak for anyone, but you go ahead. I think it is more than a little hypocritical given how you slagged MoveOn for their ad, but whatever. Especially in light of the fact that they were right. "Of course, the same leftists also ignore or look down upon any veterans who do support the war." I'd have to see a link for that.
