How old are you? that seems way too low. How can I get this plan?

I have a blue shield plan (as a backup because my flaky startups always go under) which is a medical savings plan. there is a $5K deductible so you are basically paying for the blue shield discounts and catastrophic coverage and for that plan for 40-50 yrs old it is $110/mo. That is for NOTHING, basically. if the oregon plan is what allows for your $80/mo premium sign me up
