Never say never, but I think a dual currency system for the US is a real outlier in the realm of probability. I can picture say, a 1-for-20 rollback into a Nuevo Dollar "for national security purposes of course, nothing debt-related" before they'd resort to a bifurcated currency, BWTFDIK -- when it comes to predicting US government behavior, I'm at a severe disadvantage because I suffer from rational thinking
