I can see why you need to pick up a few extra bucks playing poker. My kids are done college now, but it didn't cost nearly that much.

Sometimes I complained about the Canadian and Provincial governments but maybe I shouldn't. In Canada you'll never get near that kind of expenses for College.

I play the market for fun (OK I admit, I play for an early retirement)but in your case it's a matter of survival of the species...

I guess my death would help them a bit but I hope my early retirement prevents this fate..

That is something we certainly agree upon. It is a perfect example of what the public good is supposed to be. I got to say that I do not have the same covered if I lived in the US presently. I have some pretty strong views on education. I guess the problem would be quality and we'd get into the whole discussion of a two tiered system...

I'll leave health care for another day :O)

I will never complain again about the cost of schooling up here. I am finishing my 4th year this year and I will have only forked out $30,000 plus books and other related expenses. Not the better part of a mortgage or a ferarri
