This is your question:
"Who can't name dozens of muslim religious atrocities from recent history? Who can name even a handful of Christian atrocities in recent history?"

I named some Christian atrocities. Rwanda, Serbia/Kosovo and others.

How you manage to involve the Pope in this is beyond me.

You try to draw a general conclusion from a specific set of facts which do not justify that conclusion.
Muslims have committed atrocities. The Koran has some violent passages. Therefore Muslims commit religious atrocities. And to reinforce your argument you ask where are the recent Christian atrocities. When confronted with them(and the consequent destruction of your argument about Muslims) you ask a new question about the Pope. Perhaps you should consider the possibility that your argument is defective.
