this is a different matter then. However filing an SB-1 or S-1 isn't enough. It had to be accepted by the SEC - only then can the company be lifted to another market, say the OTC/BB. But the SB-1 and up-to-date filings is a precursor to anything else.

Regarding reverse mergers, we all have different ways to play them. I'm reluctant to buy into the shell as the current shell owners typically dump their shares on the market after the R/M deal goes through .. this "non market motivated" selling can take some time. What I would do is simply eying the company and wait for the right moment after the R/M went through and the former shell owners are done selling. This isn't always the most profitable strategy in such situations but it's surely the lowest-risk one..
