The improvements of the mortgage market has much improved since the end of June till now is the difference in liquidity in the mortgage market. At the end of June, a lender would find it difficult to liquidate almost any position, but now the liquidity in many series have come back. The following chart, I believe, can be used to illustrate how much the high-yield bond market has rallied since the late-June to July period.
