and others in both Euro and the dollar continues.

you can be sure there is some mark to model stuff that is
wildly positive. I wonder if C goes up when they announce

Looks like the treasury silently took down 40 Billion plus
in treasuries starting 9/14/2007. The question is how did this
happen? Did they silently print $40B? How is that possible
with these budget deficits? Look at the total debt figures.
