Yes, that is right! However, it is just hard to imagine how they could push forward the widely suspected "new world order" - rule by a few among the top of the elite - if they would have to divide the basic tool, the fiat money, into two classes. Therefore, the issue is out of the question for the time being if affairs progress as planned, although it is always prudent to have an alternative plan. Down the road? Considering extreme stresses induced by current monetary system state among far more significant fields than in financial lands, Sir Alan even would not know is my guess.
