I give credit to Turek's new attorney for making some good theoretical arguments, but no chance in hell a CRO is going to be appointed at this late date. The US Trustee wants even the smell of Turek far far away from Pro-Mold and Plasticon (i.e. not in the hands of Lexington based consultant). If anyone wants to optimistically say Turek's hopes are on life support, the final plug is about to be pulled in a few days.
