Same in Florida and we don't have the great lakes with some remarkable % of the world's fresh water (forgot the number).


Have you seen the reports that the Great Lakes are the lowest they've been in hundred years? They are not about to run out of water but we think of them as too big to shrink......but shrinking they are.

Meanwhile, we had our first WINTER storm today[2 October]. Its going to be an interesting winter since we're supposed to be just beginning the fall season.

They are trying to do a desalination plant here and having all sorts of problems and price over runs.

I don't know how long we can keep letting people move to AZ and NV. They consume huge amts. of water and have few sources with which to replenish that water.
