Precisely. And for as long as SPX did not make new highs, the entire rally in that index since August may still prove to be corrective. There is a big difference - if there will be a meaningful decline after having made new highs, it should stall in the area of March and August lows. If there will be NO new highs, then the door remains open for a possible trend change.
