Hi, Jim - thank you for the warm welcome ... Yes, that's right I'm from Hamburg, Germany. That's - if you don't know that - in the north of Germany - posiibly you and the other guys have been more in the south I would assume ... What do you think about Celis - I have the impression that the situation might come up - thatTI goes with Ramtron in the (RF)ID-market and that Infineon might stick to/with Celis - and Fujitsu might be the third player with FRAM in ID cards in this buisness - is that impression right ? btw. : thank you very much for the link towards the dissertation on FeRAM, nightowl - if you read this - somehow I can't post in your thread ...
