I really think the next Prez is going to have a huge job convincing the world that Bush was an abberation.

That would surely be a confidence builder.

I know I have to spell this one for you so here it is:
When a foreign power deals with the POTUS, the foreign dealer thinks he is dealing with the USA. If the new president says:
"Never mind what my predecessor told you, none of that is valid any more"

Translates to:

"Never mind what I tell you, I am not the US of A. I am just a temporary lease holder of a white house on Pelsylvania Avenue, with a 4 year lease, while the landlord (people of the US) have a option of early lease termination (impeachment)"
