fraud? Do you have any idea what constitutes fraud? It isn't lying. Would it shock you that republican candidates too have been caught streeeeeeetching the truth at election time? It is a vice every candidate suffers from. How about Vitters claims about being faithful to his wife. Think that influenced a vote or two? Or Larry Craig saying: "I am not gay; I have never been gay"....maybe that could influence a voter or two. It's politics....You think George Bush is George Washington and never told a lie? Boy, Shorty, you are desperate these days if Harkin is the best you can come up with.
