If oil was priced in euros it does not change the price in dollars now does it?

If oil was price in YEN does it change the price in Euros, now does it?

No. And no. But... if you were to be hoarding money to buy oil later, you would prefer to do so in the currency (X) in which oil is priced. If you held a different currency (Y), you would have to worry about (a) fluctuations in the price of oil and (b) fluctuations in the exchange rate between X and Y. If you held your money in X, you only have (a) to worry about and (b) does not apply.
