I suppose you never heard of QUOTAS ??? In my industry, we have to declare how many women we hire, the color of their skin and their religion too. We MUST show variety. Too many of one color is no good. So when we hire we must discard QUALIFIED in favor of QUOTAS.

Why don't we put QUOTAS in basketball? We should force teams to hire more white and Asian players. Don't you agree????
