Specifically, the cost is $21 billion a year, less than a fifth of what the Iraq war is costing per year, not even taking into account the incalculable cost in human lives.

The war will eventually be stopped. The 21 billion in chump change and related expenses will grow exponentially.

$5k doesn't even make a dent in the cost of going to a 4-year school today, let alone 18 years from now. The real intent is to get as much of the public vested in the stock market and continue to strengthen support for the government's inflationary policies.
