OT

you know, it's interesting....the chick in the craigslist ad did in fact (probably inadvertently) pick up on something she should be 'targeting'.....age bracket

my son has had the unfortunate experience with the superficial material women (he lives in LA, what else is there<g>just kidding!)....the big difference i see in high earning guys his age and the older guys is that he absolutely expects the woman (future wife) to contribute financially on par with him....he ain't gonna be anyone's 'sugar daddy'....she'll have to bring a helluva lot more to the table than looks...i think there is a generational shift going on WRT what successful young men expect from women

the craigslist chick needs a 'trophy wife' seeking old codger to fulfill her 'needs' (lol...some prize)

at times i'm convinced my son will end up a confirmed bachelor based on what i've been seeing

your post gives me hope....it took you 20 years to find what you were looking for...did you find her after you had 'given up' looking?

i tell my son that...i say just when you've finally 'given up looking' she will appear <vbg>

OT, of course.

I once dated a Wellesley woman who was under the mistaken impression that I was in Harvard Law School. When she realized the truth about me, she actually wailed, "But you'll NEVER make ANY MONEY!"

I don't have any idea what became of her.
