1. He's not on TV
2. He's not writing for a major newspaper or magazine
3. He has no other status position

Therefore as far as the sheeple are concerned, I would say that he's not important. Also, I haven't heard of him.

Last Friday night on PBS Bill Moyers interviewed John Bogle, who had a lot of truth to tell. But how many watch PBS or know who John Bogle is (founder of Vanguard funds).
