Same thing observed when I was in Chicago recently. Tons of Europeans and Asians.

A middle class worker in London who has some assets and savings over a couple of decades could transfer his wealth and move to San Fran and live like a multimillionaire. Or he could move to the heartland and live like a Rockefeller<g>
