"Pyongyang on Wednesday committed at nuclear negotiations to disable its main reactor by the end of the year"

That'd be the one that was closed down under Clinton. And then restarted under Bush when he invalidated the agreement that Clinton made.

Isn't that true Harris?

So now we are back where we were 7 years ago. Except that now NK has at least tried to test a nuclear weapon...

Steve, President Roh Moo-Hyun visited Pyongyang a few days ago and was walking alongside a frowning Kim Jong-Il.

I guess it's obvious now why the Korean Dr. Evil was so pissed off. Someone took away his toy nukes. ;-)
