I've got to commend you. You must be a great salesman, as you have to believe in your product, which you certainly do. And you ignore insults quite well. I think you position has some merit, as much wealth was created through RE. But it's still as much a risk as any other investment. Now if you're defining investment as in dividends via peace of mind and comfort, then owning a home can certainly provide that under the right circumstances. Let the debate continue...
