"he was caught with someone else's Viagra prescription..." Nah. It was 'his' prescription (in that his doctor wrote it for him, but illegally put it under someone else's fake name to, according to Rush and the Doctor, 'spare him the negative publicity'.) Still, that (having mislabeled prescription medicine, entering the country with mislabeled controlled substance, entering false information on a prescription) is ALL illegal under federal regulations.
