Any act under the Insurrection Act is excepted from Posse Comitatus because it is expressly authorized by the Constitution and Congress.

Ah, you should have taken the Constitution out of it because there is nothing relevant in it dealing with insurrections and the use of force aganst your bretheren. And not a word in it about the PCA or IA. The language in the PCA concerning the Constitution is not relevant. An excess of language meaning nothing. Also, you should have said that any acts under the PCA and/or the IA would be OK provided Congress acts.

Now, do you really think that Congress is going to go after Louisiana if it secedes? I should think that y'all would be glad to be rid of us and vice versa
