But my "overall" position is under a strict lock out. If I buy any more Ms. Owl has sworn to use this thread against me at the competence hearing.

You are right of course regarding the "fair" value... and no doubt that would now be our minimum stock price were it not for the apparent "advance" payment of treasury shares to and by management. <Hoo><ack><ack>

Do you recall whether or not RMTR gives it's annual guidance at the Q3 CC? I may be wrong but it seems to me that Q3 was the first appearance of their "annual only" guidance policy.

If so might, might we expect a confirmation of increase in net earnings from the current year's 5% to the 13-15% range their "Long Term Model" has been showing?
