Whatever method they [the Brinkers, supposedly] used for confirming the man's identity, confirm it they did...and they even claimed to know what the man had been posting on the internet. I may soon be proving that they falsely accused the man. You will know in the fullness of time.

It's ALL conjecture at this point, we don't even know that it happened, until and unless we see some proof--and that would include Brinker's reasoning, aside from that of opponents, bashers and conjecturers. All too often, the build-up to the "proof" seems to be more than a little on the side of demagoguery, and the "proof" much ado about nothing.

My opinion is that if the cancellation happened, and if the person was indeed announcing the contents and recommendations of the Marketimer or website bulletins to nonsubscribers in violation of copyright, well...enough said.
