If they are very poor they have Medicare.

If they are slightly poor to lower middle class they already have this program.

If their parents are making decent money then normally the costs should be born by the parents.

Why don't democrats work to provide medical care to poor children instead of trying to undercut commercial insurance for the middle class? That part must have been overlooked in the democrat talking points.
