Dems had real leaders in the past, FDR was one of them. He ignored the American people's overwhelming insistence that the nation should remain neutral on the war being fought in Europe. Roosevelt secretly sent massive amounts of aid to Britain. Once the Japanese struck Pearl Harbor, the nation finally agreed with his assessment of Hitler's serious threat to the US. That's leadership..it's ashame, and extremely dangerous for the nation, that Democrats no longer produce it. Are you trying to tell me that Bush is in the same category as FDR?
