If Israel withers, it will be from demographics, not war. The large immigration of the 1980's from Russia and Eastern Europe is now a thing of the past. Israel faces increased emigration nowadays, at least amongst the haves. Panama seems to be favored recently, but anywhere out of the Promised Land seems to be OK as long as it has a favorable business climate. Meanwhile, the Arabs of Gaza and the WB who live like flies in the camps are breeding like them also. wg

When Israel has succeeded in pissing off the entire world, it will stand alone. How can Israel piss off the world? Aside from Arabs, Persians (I guess!) and Jews, who really gievs a flying hoot about Israel? China, India, all of South America, 80% of Africa, most of Europe and all but the most religious fanatics in North America really couldn't give a damn. Keep things in perspective. Israel-Palestin is a little regional spat between the sneeches and whatever those Dr. Seuss characters with the O's on their head were called.
