Good to hear from you K! No posts on the Dull thread for three weeks, must be some kind of record <ggg>. They should send the Dell tech that video I posted here some time ago with the cat calling 'Smell Computer' tech support and the ensuing histrionics that took place <ggg>... Seriously, I just read PC Mag's tech support review and all the big guys seem to be getting worse, Dell's talking head said they are 'addressing the issue' but he's full of BS - this has been going on for years now and shows no indication of things getting better. It's probably good for Apple though, more people switching to the MAC due to spyware and ease of use issues with Windows. Look at the piece of *rap that is called 'Vista'... Dell extends the availability of XP, and I just read somewhere that XP sales have been getting stronger lately and availability has now been extended by Mr. Softie for another six months due to vendor 'requests'....
