I agree, Turek is straight into the false and misleading press release mode. Unfortunately for him it's hard to deny a very public Chapter 11 and a forced resignation as Plasticon President and CEO in any future TBLU SEC filings.

Then there are all those TBLU - Plasticon and other Turek entities-related financial transactions.
