China has no history of having been a colonizing power I'd say with a 40 year time horizon you might be right, otherwise .. if history in your mind reaches back further.. This would be the first united Chinese empire... I mean otherwise how did they end up with the Indian border you mention.. I think the Dali Lama might also disagree with you regarding Tibet. So they have done some pretty steady inexorable colonizing themselves.. Always better to use facts when making a point instead of just making stuff up to suit your world view..
