Peter, The only horses I have ever ridden were the ranch type. I would bet that your Wife uses an English saddle, bounces up and down, and calls that riding. Pardon me, but that ain't no way to ride a horse the way I see it. 8^)

I noticed in your other post about horses that you didn't use the spurs the wrong way, and I am sure they appreciated that. Most of the horses I rode got their attention by the reins, but they were very well trained (not by me) and had the buck out of them.
