Thank you for the long-awaited "evidence" of your charges, ms. honey. I don't doubt that "James" is recounting the events honestly as he sees them. I also have NO problem with Brinker cancelling his subscription IF James was indeed "sharing the information online" from the Marketimer or the website.

If James was indeed sharing the Marketimer or website information online, he at least owes Brinker an apology. If not, Brinker owes him an apology. Not as earth-shattering as some would imagine in any case.

AAR, it doesn't sound like either Brinker or James is out very much.

<<"I got an e-alert from Brinker today about the October MarkeTimer being available online but when I put in my info I got a message saying my information was no longer in the system. I called and was told I was no longer entitled to receive the newsletter online because I was sharing information about its content online. I was planning on not renewing my subscription anyway for 2008 but now I get a refund for the last 3 months of this year. Hummmm!">>

--Honey, I don't think anyone (surely not me) doubted for a second that "the good Dr. James" had his subscription canceled.

As I see it, that is NOT the pertinent question. The question is, did James or did he not post copyrighted info on the internet.

In the snipped you posted above, he did not deny it.
