Rates are more important for the dollar than printing. The
currency market ignored printing for years. $30 billion
per year is not a huge number, but it gets high multipliers
(gets lent out without limit by the banks, creating $1
Trillion in new debt, also called "money"),
so the discontinued M3 is growing 14%. Look at the Aussie $.
Their M3 is growing 18%, and the currency is still going up
cause the rates are higher.
