You must be working up to OFDM 450MHz, which would also be very useful in Taiwan. China could go Gung Ho on 450MHz OFDM and invade Taiwan with that, completely successfully, painlessly, happily and co-operatively.

The current planning of China's 19th century militaristic megalomania is just a rehash of such things gone before, none of which are fun after the initial boasting and chest beating have ceased and the icky part has begun.

Peace, light, harmony, happiness, health, prosperity, longevity, fun and love are much more boring than 19th century militaristic megalomania, but are preferable once 20:20 hindsight has been gained AFTER the carnage.
