The buyer paid roughly $260k an acre or $23 per buildable foot based on his proposed 600k sf in improvements. $23 psf for industrial in just the vacant land sounds very high to me especially in this environment..


john, that sounds high to me as well....makes the $14/square ft. we passed over in AZ (flagstaff) look downright cheap
