LOL, it's AMD's argument.

You are arguing from the standpoint that AMD is entitled to that $14.89 premium, not the consumer. But that's not what the "study" found.

If the price of PCs should be $14.89 less in a "fairly competitive" market, then how is AMD going to make any money? By forcing Intel to charge $30 less while AMD can charge $15 more?

Such arguments amount to price controls.
