I think foreigners are dumping and i suspect Fed is covertly monetizing mortgage and government paper.

Obviously i don't know how, could be something going on within the confines of the discount window, some offshore entity or Fannie Mae which is nothing but a black box since they don't report any financials.

There is simply no other explanation for bonds to be where they are given that stocks are hitting new highs, gold at 750 and oil 80.

There is also no other explanation for stocks hitting new highs along with melt-ups in FNM and GS, other than massive increases in money supply swamping bank credit losses.
