Our FP is perfect proof of that. Remember when Clinton sought approval for intervening in the Serbian slaughter of its neighbors it was the Republicans who detracted on the grounds of getting stuck in a quagmire. This truly was a humanitarian crisis. If Bosnia and Kosovo were sitting on pools of oil I'm sure our right-honorable friends would have had no problem jumping on the humanitarian bandwagon as they have with Iraq. BJ
