Klaus, I'm pretty sure FPG thinks his example is relevant. I could point out the flaws, but it's a lot quicker to just go after the "gun to the head" argument. Anyway, I'm approaching my "speed limit," so even if FPG gave the explanation one step at a time, I wouldn't be able to continue until tomorrow. Speaking of which, I now see how people on this thread take advantage of that "speed limit." Just gang up on one person, then flag him for going over.
