Case No. 07-50934
Chapter 11

VERIFIED STATEMENT OF STEPHEN PALMER

I, Stephen Palmer, do hereby certify under penalty of perjury that the following information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief:

1. I am a resident of the State of Kentucky. My business address is 804 Security Trust Building, 271 W. Short Street, Lexington, KY 40507-1217.

2. I understand and agree that if the Court approves my appointment as trustee, all compensation as trustee and reimbursement of expenses are subject to Court review and approval. I understand and agree that no compensation or
reimbursement of expenses will be paid unless authorized by the Court.

3. I understand and agree to maintain a detailed chronological record of the services rendered, time expended and expenses incurred.

4. I am a member of the panel of chapter 7 trustees in the Eastern District of Kentucky, which means I am appointed and supervised in my chapter 7 work by the office of the United States Trustee and its employees. Among others on the current panel, I serve with Robert J. Brown, who filed the debtor=s voluntary petition. Also, as a panel trustee, I frequently hire professionals as "attorney for the trustee." One of the current attorneys employed by me as a chapter 7 trustee is Ellen Arvin Kennedy, in a case involving the collection of a domestic support order against the debtor.

5. To the best of my knowledge, information and belief, I have no connection (other than as stated in paragraph 4) with the debtor, the creditors, other parties in interest, or their respective attorneys and accountants, or with the Office of the United States Trustee or anyone employed in the Office of the United States Trustee.

6. To the best of my knowledge, information and belief, based upon a careful review of the debtor's schedules and the list of creditors (mailing matrix), which have been made available to me, and such other inquiry as I have deemed appropriate, I do not hold or represent any interest adverse to the estate of the debtor or to any party in interest in this case. I am a disinterested person within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. ' 101.

7. I will promptly advise the Bankruptcy Court and the Office of the United States Trustee of any circumstances that cause the foregoing facts to change.
