Here's how it works: we string a bunch of words together in a line and to convey a thought using types of words called nouns, predicates, and objects (objective in latin of course). The point is to convey an idea. So although my text looked like a bunch of words to you, the content clearly showed that it was the exile Khalilzad who is an American citizen and not Karzai, who was an second-rate Afghan politician who turned against the Taliban he once embraced. If this reply also looks like a bunch of words to you, then have someone read it to you.
