On this issue I'll pick the Israelis to win. Don't see how a suicide vest will do much damage to an invading Israeli tank. The Merkava is a formidable weapon, far superior to the Palestinian tanks - better gun, better range, and better maneuverability. Now if only they could only get rid of their teen-age drivers:
