I'm afraid you're misinterpreting, yaetmo, and how is my saying all along (paraphrased) "I'm not saying it did or didn't happen", a "denial"? (Post #1367 among others) Answer: It's a "we don't know", not an "it did NOT happen".

Oh c'mon, yaetmo, the other quotes from other posters are not what you're claiming they are either. But they may speak for themselves.

Thanks for the mention.

Folks here may wish to review the 2 links that I posted in re: RIAA v. Jammie Thomas.

They may also wish to review their Web sites, message boards, blogs, etc. to ensure that they are operating under best practices as regards Copyright Law compliance. I have it on Very Good Authority that SOMETHING BIG is in the works.
